Biography:
Robbie Johnston started racing dirt oval karts in 2009. He raced the full season at Causeyville Raceway, part of the season of the MS Dirt Track Series, and one race at Adventure Speedway. At Causeyville Raceway, in 2009, he finished fourth in the track's points standings with several top fives. Even with racing only one race at Adventure Speedway, Robbie still managed to finish fourth in the points standing at that track as well, by finishing second in that one race. Robbie Johnston finished second in the MS Dirt Track Series Sr. Box Stock Championship in 2009 with one win and three top fives. In 2010, Robbie only raced two races in the MS Dirt Track Series, and three races at Causeyville Raceway, not including the one state race at Causeyville. In both MS Dirt Track Series races, Robbie finished outside the top ten. In September of 2011, Robbie Johnston's house burnt down, destroying his go-kart. In March of 2012, Robbie attended the Lone Star Legends Driving School and in April of 2012, Robbie Johnston Racing bought a legend car.
